My recent visit to Dr.ink in San Jose was nothing short of an extraordinary culinary experience. As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a chic aesthetic that exudes both sophistication and comfort. Every detail, from the carefully selected furniture to the elegant lighting, contributed to an ambiance that felt both modern and inviting. The minimalist décor, punctuated by tasteful art pieces, set the stage for what would be an exceptional gastronomic journey. It became immediately apparent that Dr.ink had put considerable thought into creating an environment that was as pleasing to the eyes as it was to the palate. Among the many delightful offerings, the Thai Brulee stood out as a highlight. This dish was an innovative twist on the traditional crème brûlée, infused with subtle yet distinctly Thai flavors that danced on the tongue. The creamy texture and caramelized sugar crust were perfectly executed, showcasing the skill and creativity of the chefs. The Thai Brulee not only met but exceeded my expectations, encapsulating Dr.ink's commitment to blending classic techniques with inventive flavors. It was a harmonious blend of East and West, a testament to the café's dedication to pushing culinary boundaries. Complementing the Thai Brulee were a variety of exquisite pastries that adorned the café's display. Each pastry was a work of art, crafted with precision and flair. From delicate macarons to buttery croissants, every bite transported me to a world of refined flavors and textures. The pastries alongside the specialty dishes like the Thai Brulee made my visit to Dr.ink a memorable one. The café successfully balanced a chic aesthetic with outstanding culinary offerings, ensuring that every patron left not only satisfied but eager to return for yet another taste of their innovative menu.

Ambiance: The inside has a very sleek and modern look, with a lot of more gray toned color schemes which gives it a minimalistic look. I think it actually has a good amount of empty space inside and could use more tables/chairs, but overall a nice vibe and a good cafe to work at. Service: The staff are always great and super friendly. Today I went to order and was very indecisive with what drink to get, but our cashier was very patient with me. He asked me what I was feeling, told me what his favorite drink was, and gave me great recommendations. Food: I've only ever had the drinks here so I can't really say I've tried the food. The black sesame latte is my favorite but almost every drink I've had has always been good. I would say all of their lattes have a nice and light flavoring while still being able to taste the coffee, and their are all very lightly sweetened. This cafe is a great choice for coffee, but I feel like a lot of their drinks are pretty light in flavoring and emphasize the coffee taste a lot - I think if you enjoy that this is the perfect place for you. However, I feel like this cafe does not really have options for people who enjoy sweets/more flavoring, which is why I'm rating a 4.

Words cannot describe how much I love this place. I could be having the worst day, but an iced hazelnut latte & some chit-chat with the staff will turn my day right around. The staff know my pup & I by name & always ask about our day & the owners always acknowledge us which makes us feel so special. My dog looooovveess the cold concrete floor. Honestly I've never considered myself a coffee snob, but after Dr.ink, nothing else hits the same. We're here almost every day (& we'd be here every day if we could)! Check out their seasonal menu!! My favorite drink ever (peanut butter latte) was a seasonal menu item :") their seasonal drinks change, so give them a try before they're gone!

My new favorite coffee/tea shop!! Everything on their menu sounds so delicious it was hard to choose! i ended up trying the pineapple fruthie and the tiramisu latte. Both were so tasty and refreshing! I can't wait to come back and try everything else on their menu!

My brother wanted to try a new place and this was on his radar. It was pretty crowded when we went in, but ordering was pretty fast. Strawberry Fruithie: Just think of it as like a strawberry blended ice drink, close to that of a smoothie. This drink was very delicious to me. It was not that sweet and I enjoyed how blended it was. There were no ice chunks or anything that proved to be bothersome while consuming the beverage. The crystal boba is a nice edition and it paired well altogether. Overall, I can see myself coming back here

Dr.ink is a vibe. Minimalistic cafe with maximalistic drinks! I've been here a handful of times now and it never upsets. They are located a block from San Pedro Square in a corner. It's hard to find street parking near the store itself so I would just recommend parking in the San Pedro structure and walk on over. They have a super clean white aesthetic inside with a couple of tables but I would say if you're looking for a place to study, it might be hard to find seating. They also have a pretty good selection of drinks to choose from. My usual is their Thai Brûlée which is Thai Tea with a brûlée cream top. I really enjoy the flavors and I don't think there is a lot of places in the Bay Area that has anything like it. Additionally, I appreciate their creativeness when it comes to their seasonal menu. I always have a hard time figuring out if I should get the usual or try something new! This time around I got a blueberry latte and my partner got a grape nojito. My blueberry latte was strong with a nice light blueberry flavor and my boyfriend's drink was nice and tasty, similar to a grape hi-chew with an after taste of lime. If you're confused what to get, the baristas there are always friendly and nice. I never had a bad experience there and I tend to spark a small conversation or too with the staff there!

I've been DYING to try dr.ink since they opened up, so I was happy to finally try it! We swung by just for a quick drink since we were planning on visiting San Pedro Square. I ordered the blue ink - I loved how refreshing the coconut flavors tasted! Admittedly, the aesthetics of the drink was what got me to order this lol. The only thing I didn't enjoy as much was the texture, since it was a bit on the thicker side.

Dr.Ink is one of my go-to boba shops in DTSJ. I love the vibes of this shop- and I often take coffee meetings or bring my boba lover friends to this shop!!! Staff here are always so nice and friendly, and I never feel rushed to order my drink. I always get the Black Ink, which to me, tastes like vanilla ice cream!! I love how the drink is refreshing and tasty at the same time. The sesame in this drink doesn't overpower the coconut milk, and is sooo good!! I also got the Black Sesame latte (can you tell i love black sesame??). I love how it combines the black sesame and the coffee together!! I love the consistency of the foam too, while in other shops the foam often evaporates or sinks. Love Dr.Ink!!!

I'm a chocolate lover although I don't indulge as much as before. I do enjoy coffee, but I don't need it to function. I left the gym at work and wanted to indulge a little. I rarely do things for myself anymore. Ordered the Dark Chocolate. It was smooth, rich, creamy, and fudgy. The espresso shots allowed my drink to be called "coffee" and though it wasn't strong in my eyes, the drink tasted delicious and sweet. They do not offer egg sando anymore which was disappointing. I don't regret going out of my way to grab a drink before heading home.
